Which areas do you serve?

Homes across Delhi NCR: Gurugram, Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad.

Who installs and maintains everything?

Our own field team. We do the survey, installation, testing and handover, and offer annual maintenance (AMC) after that.

Can I start with one product and add more later?

Yes. Many families start with Mr. Mali or Pump Pro and add home automation later. We plan the first install so later additions fit in.

Plants & water

Does Mr. Mali need Wi-Fi or a phone app?

No. Mr. Mali is fully standalone. It only needs a permanent 230V AC power point.

What happens in the monsoon?

Mr. Mali detects rain and wet soil and skips watering when your plants do not need it.

How does Pump Pro work without wires between floors?

The Tank, Motor and Home units talk over long-range radio. Every command is acknowledged and retried automatically if missed.

Home automation

What do I need for Alexa routines?

Home Wi-Fi and an Alexa device. We set up the switches, connect the devices and create every routine with you.

Can "we're leaving home" switch off the fridge by mistake?

No. Each routine only controls the things you choose. The fridge, Wi-Fi and CCTV are usually left on.

Do the curtains come with the motor and track?

Yes. We supply the curtain motor, the channel and the automation, and install the full setup.

Will backup mode work with my society's DG?

We check your board and your DG allowance at the survey and set backup mode for your flat.
